How Does It Work? The Sleeping Pad features a specialized air-cell design that offers comfort and insulation when inflated. Instructions for use: 1. Unfurl the sleeping mat and open the top part of the valve. 2. Begin blowing into the valve, filling the pad with 15-20 full breaths. 3. Once the pad reaches your desired firmness, close the valve. 4. Repeat the same process for the pillow. Packing away the Sleeping Pad Set: 1. Open the lower part of the valve and deflate the pad. 2. Fold the mat into three parts along the length and roll it into a cylinder. 3. Place the pad in the included carry bag. 4. Repeat the same steps for the pillow.
